A full 2 years experience

So, where was I? Ok. I was referring to my previous blog ending. I am sorry for not writing afterwards. Life somehow became a lot busy :-( First 6 months in MBA was so hectic that I hardly remembered to breath. Fortunately, I sustained my MBA year. Wow, what an experience. Loafed around so many beautiful places, met so many beautiful, intelligent leaders. It was an experience which I will never forget.
Day zero, I got placed to a MNC called TCS. i know, I know back to same old company :-) but this time as Business Consultant. We received an overwhelming response while entering TCS. Some top management came to encourage us. It was really good to see so many senior people of your organization. Learnt a lot many professional and personal stuffs in the corporate. I will share it later in my 3rd blog.

God bless you and God bless India!!!

My experiences in brief :-)

Hello everyone,

I need to give a brief introduction while writing my first blog :-)... I am Manoj Pandey, born and bread in Dhanbad(Jharkhand, India). I did my schooling from Dhanbad and New Delhi. I did my graduation (B.E.) from Bangalore. i have worked for TCS as A.S.E for nearly 2 years. Currently, pursuing my GMBA from S.P.Jain Center of Management, Dubai/Singapore. My specialization is IT Management. I am a sports fanatic person. I love sports. I am OK with my studies too.

I dreamt of becoming an I.A.S officer but time changed my ambition. Sometimes, I really wonder "What do I really want in my life?". Anyways let me write some of my experiences here. Atleast I will be sharing this with few people here :-)

Nobody in this world is 100% satisfied and the same holds true for me. When I was a kid (I mean <17 class="blsp-spelling-error" id="SPELLING_ERROR_8">benefitted me in one way or the other. Then when I got into Engineering college, I did utilize my TM skills to score and I learnt that its really useful. Through out my academic career I saw different types of people from different part of the country and more or less everybody was at par. I learnt a lot from my friends, colleagues. I mean after your parents and teachers , friends are the next best tutors. I learnt things the hard way, which made me think and act , the smart way. I've seen people changing tracks , good to bad and bad to good.

In my corporate tenure til now, I learnt tactics to tackle subordinates and more importantly seniors. I did make few awesome friends , infact I should say treasures which will be there with me wherever I go.

Coming to do MBA in a highly reputed family wasn't that easy. The brand name is so tough to hold that even a slight mistake can have disastrous outcomes. Learnt a lot in this 1 month span. Marketing management, Organizational behaviour, Soft skills sessions , guest lectures by the top-notch people etc has given me a lot of values. Sometimes I really admire myself when I take such decisions. Hope I learn a lot from this course here in Dubai. I should end my first blog by saying "You only see what your eyes want to see"... Think about it :-)

Manoj Pandey
